As our Head/VP of Sales, you won’t just be executing strategies—you’ll be at the forefront, driving key initiatives that directly impact our growth trajectory. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organisation and company.
This is a senior, high-impact position. We’re looking for someone who has successfully led sales in one or more SaaS businesses, growing them from $5M to $20M+ ARR in dynamic verticals like B2B or B2B2C. 🎯 Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team, playing a crucial role in shaping both our sales organization and the company’s future.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy that not only meets but exceeds revenue goals, driving expansion into new and exciting markets.
- Data-Driven Success: Take ownership of our sales metrics and KPIs, from lead generation and pipeline development to conversion rates, ensuring we hit our targets with precision.
- Market Insight & GTM Strategy: Leverage your deep understanding of the market landscape, product positioning, and buyer journey to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Performance & Alignment: Set, monitor, and report on team goals, ensuring everything we do aligns seamlessly with our overall company objectives.
- Budget Management: Strategically manage and optimize the sales budget to maximize ROI, ensuring every euro is spent effectively to achieve our targets.
- Innovative Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to create and launch innovative lead-generation campaigns that capture new opportunities.
- Team Building: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring our Account Executives and SDRs are equipped to excel.
- Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, driving sales growth and enhancing satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the competition by continuously monitoring industry trends and market shifts, ready to seize new opportunities as they arise.
- Strategic Planning: Play a vital role in our quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring that our sales objectives are always aligned with our broader company goals.
